Post Covid Recovery Path 

With my personal experience, being proactive helps recover faster with Covid. Here are some ideas on home therapy that helped me and my wife recover fast. 
I am documenting things that you might need during your recovery period; hopefully that will save some of your time so you could focus just on your health. I also provided some links that you can refer but totally optional. 

Things you might need

Tools

  1. Vicks Inhaler or similar inhaler 
  2. Oximeter
  3. Thermometer 
  4. Face Mask (if you do not have)
  5. Electric Kettle to boil water
  6. Vacuum Seal Water Bottle for Hot Liquid

Medicine

Note: Taking medicines are optional. Only if your doctor recommends.
  1. Vitamin C tablets 
  2. Ibuprofen (fever reducer) 

Edible

  1. Root Ginger
  2. Basil Leaves or Basil Powder 
  3. Cinnamon Stick or powder
  4. Cloves (Long in Hindi) 
  5. Black Pepper 
  6. Milk
  7. Eggs

Routine

  1. Hot tea (Kadha): To ease your sore throat. Make a cup of hot tea three times a day with root ginger, basil, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and water. 
  2. Drink plenty of HOT water multiple times a day
  3. Inhale Vicks multiple times a day to ease your chest congestion
  4. Eat home made food or anything. No restrictions on food.
